Our facility makes every effort to accommodate the everyday needs and safety of you and your horse. Kimmy and Sue pay close attention to each horse’s nutritional needs as well as weather conditions and its effects on each horse. We also have someone living on the premises.
The CSAL standard boarding ratesOur facility makes every effort to accommodate the everyday needs and safety of you and your horse. Kimmy and Sue pay close attention to each horse’s nutritional needs as well as weather conditions and its effects on each horse. We also have someone living on the premises.
The CSAL standard boarding rates are:
Arena stalls: $325.00 per month. Stalls with run connected to covered indoor arena.
Upper Barn: $300.00 per month. Stalls with run.
Outside Paddock: $285.00 with and without shelters.
** Stalls available for horses without shelters in case of harsh weather.
** Stalls are cleaned daily with shavings added.
Boarding fees are payable in advance.
** Boarding fees as stated for CSAL standard feed and fair which is Elk Grove Pellets twice daily along with hay twice daily.
**If special supplements are required by owner or veterinarian, an additional fee of $20.00 per month will be added to the monthly board.
Further charges may apply as follows:
** Blanketing - $10.00 per day/$50.00 per month
** Extra rations/Special feed/Meds - $50.00 per month + cost of feed/supplement.
** Ferrier Handling - $20.00 (will be billed separately)
** Veterinary Assistance - $10.00 (will be billed separately)
** Turn out - $15.00 random turnout throughout the month, $50.00 daily turnout for the month.
** Lounging - $5.00 per day
** Riding - $20.00 per ride
We would appreciate thirty days notice prior to abandoning a boarding agreement. Boarding fees will not be refunded for an early termination of agreements. Other restrictions may apply.
